Prime Air Ionizer

Installation:

01)
Find a suitable location, near a 120V power outlet and the cold air return plenum.Installation Diagram Prime Air

02) Unit is supplied with a 7’ power cord and 8’ color coded tubing (blue and red).

03) Mount the Prime Air securely to wall (or plywood base-plate) in an upright position using 6 screws.

*note* Do not lay flat to operate. Unit contains pressure sensitive control.

04) Use the lower LH or RH screw location to secure the power cord to the unit using a C-Clip as shown below. Plug cord into unit receptacle to adjust for proper length.

05) Drill 2 of 5/16” holes 2” apart in the cold air plenum.

06) Insert the plate and secure plate with 2 screws.

07) Connect the blue and red tubing to the unit, then route to duct fitting. Follow color coded instructions.

08) Install C-Clips to hold tubing in place as shown below.

09) Plug cord into electrical outlet on wall.

10) Unit must be turned “on” to run in concert with furnace.

11) If unit does not operate, check troubleshooting guide.
